User friendly app and real online agents

Great app, service and spending features

The app is very clear and highly customisable, keeping all spending and money transfers very clear. The 1% AER interest, plus the 1% cashback on spending and 5% interest on round-up is a very nice addition. Support has been always very fast and effective. Top class current account with secure physical card without the card number and security code on it: all easily managed through the app. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Outstanding banking features

I love their cashback feature which is (I think) one of their outstanding features along with interest on my current account balance. So easy to use. I got my mum, dad and boyfriend all set up on chase. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
