My Debit card was not working as i tried wrong pin m...

My Debit card was not working as i tried wrong pin multiple times. The fraud detection system automatically blocked my card treated these action as theft/un-recognised use. I called customer service and they helped me to resolve this over phone by doing some checks and it got resolved without going to branch(I do not think chase has any physical branch). It also provides cash backs on my daily expenses on almost all merchant. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Chase Bank, ahead of the game!

Chase is by far, the best bank I have been with. They provide superior customer service 24/7, phone and chat, excellent interest rates, cashback, and I feel like a valued customer. I have noticed chase is leading the way with innovation, as I can see other banks are copying chase ideas like the yearly round up of where you spent your money. This won’t entice me back, it’s only a matter of time until I completely move over to chase for my day to day banking. If only I’d known about chase sooner. I’ve got the app since last March.

I’ve got the app since last March. It’s very easy to use and whenever I needed any support over the phone I found the person on the other end of the line very helpful.
