My favourite bank

Rapid response, also I can use for traveling, I had Monzo before, but when I use in Korea Chase works better when I visit family. I use chase for all my holidays.easy to save money, manage finance. I really love chase. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Sexy bank time

The best customer service I’ve ever had with a bank. Sorted out a refund for me, which I would have thought only a credit card company would do. Also love the 1% cashback, the round up, the generous interest on money on deposit, the cool packaging the card came in and most of all the juicy 10% gains on the nutmeg Lisa I’m currently enjoying looking at. Have no hesitation in recommending

Have banked with mainstream High street banks for decades but find Chase refreshing, straightforward and practical. The App is both practical and intuitive. we had cause to speak to customer service and they were very professional and dealt with our query quickly and effectively- so nice to speak to someone in the UK. Opening the account lead to additional use

I opened the account as a way to spend money abroad, without any additional charges. However I now am slowly moving over to using chase as my main savings account, along with my current account for food shopping. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
