fantastic customer service

Customer service has been fantastic whenever I've needed them and they are really open and transparent about any fraud and security risks. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get through to someone and always managed to have an actual productive conversation with a human rather than a computer generated answering machine! Chase suits my needs perfectly.

Chase suits my needs perfectly. Account was easy and quick to open. The main accounts has interests and cash back function and coins can be saved with high interests, that is a nice plus.
