Chase is the best bank that I have banked with, their customer service is quick to respond. The app is very user friendly and I have recommended them to lots of family and friends at the experience I have had with them is very positive. The only downfall is depositing money but they are working on this and they keep you updated on how they are progressing. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Excellent rewards, good tools but buggy app

The rewards are excellent and the budgeting features on the app are very good. However it is a bit slow (up to 30secs opening and maybe a minute more to get the most accurate account balance) and sometimes buggy/crashes. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
