Chase bank is the best bank I’ve ever had

Chase bank is the best bank I’ve ever had and I’ve been with every bank. No bank support even compares to chase bank support. Even though they don’t have any branches as far as I’m aware in the UK they have the best and fastest customer service. The bank app is the most user friendly interface and smashes out all other banks interfaces by miles. Downtime is always mentioned if they are doing maintenance on the app. Very easy to access your card and details. Chase bank should win the award without a doubt. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Easy and trouble-free banking

Until this Financial year, Chase offered competitive interest on its savings account. The supporting app and processes are no-nonsense and effective. Transferring money between savings and current account is very easy. The Chase anti-fraud algorithms protected me from a scammer. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
