Incredible service and technical capabilities!

Incredible customer service, when my card details were stolen they immediately rectified the lost balance, even as they conducted their investigation meaning that there was no disruption. Also, as their cards have no details I didn’t have to wait for a new card to be sent out to continue using my Chase account. They simply gave me new bank card details and assigned it to my existing card. The best experience I have ever had with a bank! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
