Validated shopping home and abroad!

Love the facility to earn money back on everyday spending. Inspired!! Also discovered their are no transaction fees when abroad and it’s a fair exchange rate., which makes holiday spending more palatable! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

This bank is perfect.

This bank is perfect. Exceptionally easy to facilitate. I'm confident of my security and safety using the app and the card as a digital product. Excellent money back rewards and savings offers. No fuss perfect system. I've only used it as a current account but the additional savings products and reward schemes look great. Monthly analytics provided to help you stay on top of your finances at a glance. Ability to add all current accounts in one place to keep on top of your spending. Chase Bank offer Outstanding Customer Service.

Chase Bank always answers the telephone (a real person) to answer any queries I have had. They offer good rates of interest on my current account and as well as my savings account, it is easy to move money between accounts and they keep me informed of any changes in interest rates. The app is extremely easy to use with all the details of my accounts, spending, rewards, payment methods etceasily visible. In comparison with my High Street Bank, Chase offer a far better customer experience via their app. They are available 24/7 to contact them via telephone or message, all straight from the app. I have used this service and found them to be supportive and helpful.
