I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Being able to carry out transactions in other currencies & have them converted to sterling at that day’s exchange rate means I no longer need a pre-paid currency card when travelling. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Refused to help me with a booking i made hire booking.

Refused to help me with a booking i made hire booking.com was going through mental health issue and Booking.com exploded that and advise me to keep changing my tickets are extra cost when i finally decided i no longer want to keep paying for extra fees and cancel my ticket . they refused to give me my refund or even VAT and taxes Went to chase for assistance they refused to help me wasn't helpful at all .
