I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. I’ve been a Chase customer for a while now. Love the cashback, customer service on chat is usually great. They also offer decent savings rates & I’ve just got one of their credit cards. I also really like that they don’t charge a transaction fee on foreign purchases Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

I joined Chase in 2024.

I joined Chase in 2024. After a couple of months of using it, it became my primary bank account. This was because of a couple of reasons, 1. The excellent and instant customer service. Anytime of the day or night I can have instant communication and support from my bank especially by phone.
