Top banking

I switched to Chase because of the cashback offer, but have stayed because they're faultless. The app is excellent; everything is where you'd expect it to be, and feels intuitive to use. Customer service has been amazing. I lost my card and had fraudulent transactions, which Chase reversed immediately. I can't see a reason to move away from Chase. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Brilliant app

I find the Chase app very user friendly. I am notified of all transactions so can easily keep track of spending, it’s linked to a “round up” account and a cash-back account which effortlessly build a nice little extra fund. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
