My honest review on Chase

They have been amazing ever since I joined last May. I’ve had no trouble with the app or the customer service. Downtime for updates are at reasonable times during the early hours of the morning. The cash back feature is a great way to involve customers with how they spend their money, and it can teach people to use their money wisely. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
