Digital Bank with Easy Access to Real People online

Have been with Chase band for around 14 months and so far, so good. Very easy and efficient account opening facilities and particularly easy to access customer services. Current account is rewarding. Only slight bug bear is inability to pay in cash or cheques. Also lack of choice of products - but it’s a very new digital bank. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great banking experience

Having moved recently from the USA, Chase Bank has been amazingly helpful in providing banking services which other banks couldn't (or wouldn't) offer.
