Good customer service, very tough fraud team!

Good customer service, very tough fraud team! Been enjoying the boosted interest for the first 6 months in the savings pot, and the instance access makes it very easy to use except if you try to pay someone new a significant amount - then you have to jump through quite a few hoops to prove you are not being scammed! Reassurance

In July 2025, just weeks before I was due to leave the UK for three years of voluntary work overseas, I was unexpectedly informed by my existing online bank that they could only support my banking needs for a further six months. At what was already a significant and life-changing moment, this news created unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
