Easy, clear, different

Excellent banking

Really simple banking, round up and cashback add those extra pennies that add up. I also use their savings account within the bank account. I am contacted by telephone securely if any apparent anomalies are noticed, which gives me a sense of security. I am really pleased with my accounts and with Chase UK overall. Great current account provider

I found it easy to open my Chase account and was impressed with the 1% cash back on debit card spend. The banking app is great too, best I’ve used & I have accounts with 4 other big name providers. Thumbs up all the way. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Quick 24/7 helpful staff

Love this bank best bank I've ever been with, plus you also receive rewards on spending, it soon builds up for a rainy day, would recommend to everyone, friendly staff 24 hours a day , you need a android phone which most people have. Also updated by text if you receive any payments going in and upcoming payments if you have direct debits going out the next day. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great current account

I joined Chase because I wanted a good rate on my savings but now I love the current account. Easy use app, interest on purchases, 5% on round up as an extra boost to savings and now they've introduced interest on the current account balance - love it! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Phenomenal Bank

Being in my late 60's I was a bit apprehensive about trying an app only bank. Set up was simple, straightforward and quick. The app is fantastic you can track all your spend and easily see where and what you've spent your money. The associated savings account has a competitive interest rate and you can opt in to round up your spend. There is the bonus of cashback in the first year which has now been extended for another year if you fund the account,I have now made this my main account. Easy banking anytime wherever you are.
