Antiquated industry! time to follow time to Chase

Although I hold just a current account the service I’ve received has been second to none. A industry that’s been run by fat cats, smoke and mirrors need to move over and catch “chase” if you can Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Easy to use!

Very easy to use Chase App. Can transfer money into Current Account from savings when on the go. They offer limited products so no confusion over which accounts you have. 1% Cashback is a bonus! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Best bank in the UK

It's a no-brainer!

I was a bit dubious at first to be honest - it sounded too good to be true. I'd banked with the same bank for 52 years so as you might imagine I don't make rash decisions. I racked my brain to work out what the other bank actually gave me, it's loyal customer, and rapidly reached the conclusion that all it gave me was bad customer service. I find Chase banking very user friendly and make transactions as simple as possible. I wish I had heard of Chase years ago... Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
