Best retail bank and so innovative

Like many people I suspect I've had the same current account form years and never been motivated to switch. However since trying the Chase account for my savings a year ago I have moved more of my regular banking activity to this accounts. I'm so impressed that as well as offering hugely attractive incentives to open this account: no fees on foreign currency payments, cash back and round up - they have continued to offer great value by extending cash back and have remained competitive for savings account as well. So often you see these types of benefits disappear after the first few months; but Chase has continued to offer value. Well deserved. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Just One Thing Missing

Brilliant App, lots of functions, really user-friendly, interest and/or Cashback on everything. Chase doesn’t accept cash deposits though, so one star lost. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
