Convenient and responsive

Joining Chase was super easy to sign up to, and once I joined it was intuitive to use. Best of all, Chase increase the interest rates automatically and in line with BoE rates. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Incredible bank

Best Card all Round

I started using Chase after a bad experience with another company offering similar features. My experience with Chase has been faultless. I have had occasion to call them twice. Both times my call was answered quickly and efficiently by a member of Chase Bank. My experience with the card has also been satisfactory as I have been able to use it at home and abroad without any problems for either payment of a bill or to access cash from an ATM as far away as the Caribbean. They also have a savings account which pays 3% and a “Roundup” account which pays 5% attached to the debit card. Really pleased with the card, the app that goes with it and the options to save money while using the card. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
