Absolutely brilliant!

I have been with Chase almost a year and it’s been the best banking experience ever. Their customer service is run by humans and the response time is amazing as are their solutions. With Chase finally making my spending habits work for me. 1% on most of the savings I put through Chase beats the 0.5% I get on my Barclaycard for any other spending. Plus the linked savings accounts earning 3% without any restrictions on withdrawals is competitive. I like the fact I can set up multiple savings accounts to ring-fence savings for different purposes. Like the 5% interest on my round-up account too. Add an overdraft facility and/or joint accounts and I’d switch everything to Chase. But overall a very welcome addition to the UK banking market, so good got my wife to set up an account too. I love Chase, i signed up over the app in the space of a few mins then the card came within 2 days. The app is simple to use, they’re easy to contact should I need too and their current account offering 1% cash back on pretty much everything is out of this world.
