I like that the saving rate is okay and I have 1% cashback every time I spend. I've never had an issue that I needed customer service though. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Had some issues with a fraudulent charge and the com...

Had some issues with a fraudulent charge and the company kept trying to take mine out my account. This happened around 8pm at night and I managed to get through to someone instantly and they sorted it all out within an hour. They recovered the money I had lost and helped make sure it didn’t happen again. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026

It had been great so far.

It had been great so far. I have no complaints besides two things. First is the 1% cashback only being applied to everyday spending like grocery and travel. I much preferred when this applied to almost all spending. Secondly, the savings rate currently at 2.25% compared to what new customers are able to secure. Have used Chase now for a number of years and find it very easy to pay my for purchases with via my iPhone. This means I don't have to carry a card around with me all the time. Everything is super intuitive. Would easily recommend it to others. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026
