I joined Chase for the 1% cash back offer (available for 12 months after opening the account) and have been incredibly impressed with them as a bank overall- they have increased the rates of their linked easy access savings account in line with competitors, the app functionality is great, and there is no charge to use your card abroad - I honestly can’t fault them and have recommended them to all my family. Great customer service and 1% cashback!

Good interest, linked saving initiatives and fab for overseas spending

Really easy to use, enjoying the 1% cashback and round up initiatives, and near-perfect rates when overseas removes any need to exchange cash and pay commission/fees when travelling. The linked savings account also has a very good interest rate for an instant access account. Seems to be very customer focused, providing benefits to customers that they genuinely will appreciate, and the app is easy to use. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023
