I’ve had a really positive experience with Chase. The app is intuitive and easy to use, making everyday banking simple and hassle-free. No easy access to your money.takes days

Chase disregard FCA guidelines..

FCA issue accepted forms of ID that all banks should accept. Chase only accept driving licence & passport thus preventing elderly people opening accounts Reviewed on: 29th March 2026
