Impressively quick turnaround of account opening. Had issue originally an asked for help which was repo did to promptly, ultimately resulting in successful account opening. As an online only bank, appreciate higher rates on deposits. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Good interest rate on savings better than most banks.

Good interest rate on savings better than most banks...Easy access to my money. The app is easy to use but why is there a difference in service depending on which country your in.. e.h unable to deposit cash money via a bank teller in a Chase branch in the US , because account was created in the UK, does not make sense and very inconvenient.
