Focusing on chase customer service, this is excellent. I don’t have to call if I don’t need to. The in app texting is the best thing since sliced bread plus the agents are so knowledgeable and polite. I don’t think any company comes close. Smooth switching and a nice £100 bonus

I joined Chase and switched my salary into the account as part of a promotion. After meeting the requirements, I received a £100 Amazon voucher, which was a really nice bonus. The whole process was straightforward and the app is easy to use. I like how simple and transparent everything feels. The savings feature is also clear and convenient.
