The joining process was painless and quick. Receiving my card and the whole user experience around the presentation of the packaging of my card was completely unique and the extra effort, appreciated. Competitive rate ans goid customer service

The savings account interest is very competitive than other banks and easily accessible in the app. The current account also gives you 1% cashback for purchases of up to £500 once terms are followed. It also has a round up account which gives you cashback. Good customer service via app and quick to respond. Recommended it to my friends and family. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
