Unparalleled Appalling Service. Great product.

As a bank/savings provider excellent product when using automated system. As a customer service provider they are awful. Have been trying to get returned my probate form back and close deceased Mum's account for a month, to no avail. Submitted a formal complaint and that remains unanswered. Incompetent beyond belief. Assume I will have to wait the 8 weeks before FOS can intervene. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I am so happy I switched to Chase Banking!

I am so happy I switched to Chase Banking! I initially opened the chase bank account for my saving because the interest was much better than the one I had in my previous bank. But what made me stay is that there is so much more. You get rewards for spending with Chase and there are great ways to save, for example the round up savings, I save without noticing.
