Chase for Me

My nephew suggested I open a Chase account. Having had the same old account for years, I was going to ignore him as I am not a great one for change. One quiet afternoon I decided to ‘give it a go’ and I could not believe how easy it was to open an account. I actually had an account that afternoon with none of the normal hassle. I hate learning new software, as most is not very intuitive. Chase was so easy to learn. I did it with no notes from anywhere. I have had to phone a couple of times and there is no waiting in a queue for hours, but the phone is answered quickly by friendly, articulate staff. I am a true convert and was extolling its virtues to an accountant friend. His reply was ‘that is how a modern bank should be’. Why have I put up with the ‘old way’ of working from banks for so long? Quick and easy to use
