Speedy service response professionally

My experience is that in this month large amount of money cannot be transferred to my wife. i was informed this is unusual transaction within years. Resulted that my account is suspended and contact me warmly to ask me the reason of transaction . In the process, the support team help me to understand why the transaction is suspended and how to reopen the account through the phone helpfully. Because my English listening is not well, the help desk staff speak and explain slowly and clearly to me.It make me comfort and feel that the support team is very professional.
