Security against scams was excellent.

In used this account to keep money from a house sale until I bought another and the thorough investigation that I was not being scammed every time was detailed and excellent. Staff were polite and professional. I was comforted that I was so well cared for, when scams are so frequent and at a difficult time transferring large sums to the solicitor. Overall, one of the best hassle free Banks!

Excellent savings rates, and 1% cash back on purchases bought via their current account is by far one of the best features of banking with Chase. Simple to use App and faster banking payments/transfers, are two other great features. Hassle free, and savings products designed to give instant access without penalty, or a limited number of withdrawals per year, and let’s face it, who really wants that unless they need to lock their money up in the long term in order to maintain the higher interest rate. Allowing instant access without a compensatory lowering of interest rates compared to other providers is what I like best about Chase. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2025

Chase have stopped yearly interest statements...

Chase have stopped doing yearly interest statements and this is going to be very difficult at the end of the tax year when I have to provide proof of tax interest. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2025
