The Chase saver account can be opened with any amount and can have a maximum balance of £1m.

The account has a variable interest rate and you can make withdrawals whenever you like. There are no fees or charges and you can open up to ten Chase saver accounts with each one earning interest.

Transparent interest on savings

It’s superior to other banks in that the interest is paid monthly. You know exactly what you’ve earned at the beginning of each month rather than 12 months later with other banks. Obviously compound interest this way is easier to see. The other thing I like is at the end of the tax year I get a statement of how much interest I have been paid making it ver easy for my tax returns. My accountant said I wish other banks did this.
