Overall Good Service

I would have given five stars and 'Excellents' feedback had it not been for the delay in the Chetwood system re depositing and receiving funds. The rate is good, but it's the only instant access account that I have ever used that delays deposits 'in' and 'payments' out until the next working day. You would think not an inconvenience, but in reality that can sometimes prove not ideal. Reviewed on: 24th January 2025

My account was quick and easy to open.

My account was quick and easy to open. The process for funding it was less strait-forward (deposits only accepted from “nominated account”) but at least the response was quick (returned funds) when I accidentally tried to transfer funds from a non-nominated account. Reviewed on: 24th January 2025

Fairly easy to use, but feels a little dated

The account is fairly straightforward to use, but not having an app (to my knowledge) and having to receive a text doesn't seem as secure as some of the biometric log in options that other banks use. dropping the interest rate for the easy access saver was disappointing too.
