Good but there small imrpovements to be excellent

I found it really easy to set up a easy saver with Chetwood Bank, they confirmed my application quickly and conacted me via email to confirm. I am so far happy with the service from Chetwood but there a few things that I think could be improved. When first transferring money it goes to a barclays account rather than your own account and you have your own reference number for the account, which made my bank and myself question whether it was legitimate. But as it's not a direcrt account it means that the money takes a while to appear in the account. Another thing is ease of use, you have to login online every time and use a on time passcode sent to your phone. This would be so much easier if they had a moblie app. Reviewed on: 11th February 2025

Great all rounder

Very competitive interest rate and good online security with 2 factor authentication. Customer sevice by email was very good but it may slightly exceed the aim of a 3 business day response. Haven't tried customer service by phone which I'm sure it would be quicker. Reviewed on: 29th January 2025

Great savings product
