Need to work on customer service

Could potentially be workable but I have had a terrible experience when I asked for help. They will be handling my savings so they need to be slightly more sensitive when talking to users. Had to switch to another app eventually. Reviewed on: 18th December 2018

So easy to set up!

Really easy to set up, no worrying about working out what I can afford to save, Chip does it for me! What's better, I'm not one for being able to save money, yet within the space of a few weeks I had nearly £100 in my chip account, and didn't even notice that it had gone!
