Fantastic banking app.

I haven't needed to use customer service yet but I love the chip app. It's user friendly and I really appreciate the interest rates I get on my savings. I also appreciate the chance to win money on the prize winning account. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Great savings schemes

Contact with a human could be made easier rather than been faced with a miriade of “bot” questions. Savings schemes are excellent with good interest rates. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

I've never been able to save properly until now!!

I've never been able to save properly or consistently and now I can. I jouned when it first started but wasn't really giving interest then I left and came back. It's my favourite saving tool the best one and I have a few but this one is amazing Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Great app and products!

I’ve had Chip for a few years, and like how easy the app to use. The range of investment funds available has been expanded to include the low cost index funds. The Chip prize account is also great! My experience of their customer service is positive- they were easy to contact through the app and my questions swiftly answered. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
