Never had any issues. Communication was great when I had questions and in informing me of new options as they arise. I’m using it as a savings tool, and as the money is snaffled out of my account without me noticing I’m saving more than I’ve ever managed before. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Chip - Very simple and easy to use

I’ve really enjoyed using Chip, such an easy and simple app to use, easy to navigate and I really like how I can see how much ISA allowance I have remaining for the year. In the occasion I needed to use Customer Service, they were quick, helpful and answered my question.
