Great service and products offered

Chip has always provided me with excellent customer service. There was an issue with my account specifically because my account is one of the ‘OG’ accounts (from 2016/17?) and they managed to sort it out for me, because the bug prevented me from accessing one of their products. I am also loving all the products they offer and they make saving money look more appealing to others. Reviewed on: 9th April 2024

Great savings app

I am able to have a fee free account and able to earn a reasonable return on my savings. When I have needed customer service they have been very responsive and helpful. It’s good to just have my money sit there and work for me with little effort required Reviewed on: 9th April 2024

Great rates and easy to use!

The interest rate is excellent and the ease of use sets it above and beyond other banking apps that are available at the moment. The investments and savings work very well together and make it easy to see all savings in one place. Reviewed on: 9th April 2024

IMO the best easy access savings app ;)

An easy access saving account - withdraw money anytime + decent interest rate paid monthly. Simple linking proccess to your main bank. Ability to set standing orders from your bank into Chip savings account. Clear and user friendly savings app. Reviewed on: 8th April 2024

I use the free accounts with chip and find them very competitive. They offer CASH ISA, a good savings account and also general investment. The CASH ISA and savings have nearly/ above 5% interest with no fees. The general investment account has average fees. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
