Best App ever!

Best App ever! Love how easy and secure is to deposit the money and see my savings growing every month is amazing! Reviewed on: 28th March 2025

Customer Service is non-existent.

Customer Service is non-existent. No telephone number to call, and their app has no security. It is the only Financial App that I have on my phone that does NOT have a login (all others have) and if I lose my phone, anyone can access the app! Reviewed on: 20th February 2024

Due to the nature of the Chip app and the service we offer, our customer contact is mainly through our app-based chat (which can be found on the 'Profile' tab in-app) and our support email address [email protected]. Please do get in touch with us through one of these channels and we'll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible. In regards to the login issue you've mentioned, we do have this feature. You can activate the secure login via the 'Profile' tab in-app. This will require a PIN or fingerprint when you open the app, and log you out automatically when you close it. Easy to use, easy savings, easy access.

Easy to use, easy savings, easy access. What more could you really ask for in a savings app? They’ve stayed on top of interest rates and have been quite transparent and vocal about them on forums like Reddit which I like to see.
