Chip is the best banking app

I think chip is the best app for savings right now. This is because it offers great interest on an instant access savings. Not only that it offers loads of other saving options like the SMP 500 if you want to be more risky! I also like the other little savings like the raffle savings as it’s money I plan on spending soon but can have a chance and winning more which is cool and I have never seen it done before! No longer a front runner in the interest rate race!!

Customer Service is non-existent.

Customer Service is non-existent. No telephone number to call, and their app has no security. It is the only Financial App that I have on my phone that does NOT have a login (all others have) and if I lose my phone, anyone can access the app! Reviewed on: 20th February 2024

Due to the nature of the Chip app and the service we offer, our customer contact is mainly through our app-based chat (which can be found on the 'Profile' tab in-app) and our support email address [email protected]. Please do get in touch with us through one of these channels and we'll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible. In regards to the login issue you've mentioned, we do have this feature. You can activate the secure login via the 'Profile' tab in-app. This will require a PIN or fingerprint when you open the app, and log you out automatically when you close it.
