Perfect flexible cash ISA for your cash buffer

I wanted an easy to manage, flexible, cash ISA to manage my retirement cash buffer and maintain value tax free. Chip has very good rates and is completely flexible within the ISA rules, and also has great reporting so you can track how much you've borrowed and need to return before the end of the tax year.
