Superb customer service

I have been saving with Chip for a number of years and they are superb. They make saving so much easier! I recently had a problem logging in and the customer service was excellent and the issue was quickly resolved. I am thinking of investing next because they make it easy to understand. I have found chip in the past a very good competitor...

I have found chip in the past a very good competitor on interest rates and offerings (so much so that it was my main easy accesssavings and ISA provider for a while), but in recent times I have found that other competitors are offering mpre beneficial savings products for my needs. I like the promotional offerings and which they often, but tend to find these few in number for me to benefit from myself these days. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026
