Review of the Cleo, App:

Very negative experience

I signed up for Cleo last week. The app doesn’t update in real time. I’ve tried to upgrade to Cleo plus and every time I do, the chat function is unable to deliver my message even though all of the other messages deliver just fine. Cleo deducted money from my account without my authorization (the 4.99 that I should be receiving Cleo plus for) and are unresponsive when I use the human-powered help function and via email. Their unauthorized charge caused an overdraft fee in my account which is exactly what I have been trying to avoid by using this service. I have sent screenshots of these issues to their email account with no response. I would like either an immediate refund and to cancel my account OR for the service I have been charged for to actually be made available to me. Reviewed on: 9th April 2019

Amazing to keep track of your finances!

I struggled keeping track of my money and got myself in a lot of debt at one point. Thanks you Cleo I've been able to make sure I don't get in the same boat "so to say". I can track what I've spent since I got paid track how much I'm spending on certain categories and it doesn't just track one account but multiple from a verity of providers. It's amazing! And the customer support as well as the Automatic Cleo replies are not only fun but also friendly and helpful! Reviewed on: 27th November 2017

helps me to budget

I have been trying to find a app that would help me budget for a while and although there are banking apps, this is the first customer friendly app I have found and still continue to use. It’s easy to get information about your transactions, pattern of spending, balance and notifications. Amazing little app!

I absolutely love Cleo! I get a daily update on my spending ... and weekly updates (scares). It's shown me which areas I need to cut back on and let's me know when I'm going to go over my budget. I couldn't imagine being without it now! The only downside is that it connects to Facebook (I couldn't find an app?) if much prefer to open an app than login to messenger! Other than that, amazing!
