Supportive kind and professional

I approached NLCU 2years ago when I needed a small loan but had a poor credit rating. They were so kind and supportive and non judgmental. I was able to maintain my repayments whilst also making a savings pledge each month. It was stress free and easy to communicate with them, the whole process helps to rebuild my credit rating.
