Welcoming and community-minded Credit Union

The staff are so welcoming and professional. Clockwise is extremely important to the community. The staff listen to the customer and offer relevant and helpful advice about options if those are needed. I can't praise Clockwise in Leicester enough. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

I have 5 aunties wonting to close thier accounts after Coventry city’s credit union office closed and everything became on line they feel left behind and forgotten about as my mother was one of your first members when opened in Coventry and I completely agree with them your phone staff are rood and don’t have time to help elderly people not on line witch has lead to my auntie’s being very upset this decision did not help Coventry member’s Lisa maggs Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
