Reviewing

I have been with clockwise credit union since I was 17 yrs old I am now 43 yrs old I have never had a problem. But since the office closed in Coventry city centre and the entire business is now an online service its has failed me miserably my mother and 4 aunties all have accounts to witch they now won’t to close as the telephone manor and helpfulness has gone the staff are rood unhelpful very nonchalant and not bothered that is not how to run customer service after my holiday next year I will be closing my account to kind regards Lisa maggs membership number 121749 .
