Start to finish fantastic

I have been a member of notts and Lincs credit union since I was a 18 year old teen mum, loans was my only option and I wouldve never thought I could be debt free, but with having to create a savings account too I am now in control of my money with little to no debt and savings account to fall back on if times get tough, thank you so much! I'm already a winner!

Being part of this credit Union has got me out of some pickles and motivated me to save for those extra specials occasions. Being able to have a deduction straight from my wages is the ultimate way to save and without N&L I wouldn't be able to. The staff are fantastic, empathetic and accommodating and on the ball, always. The app is a Godsend too and it brightens my day being able to instantly see my savings grow. N&LCU deserve to win. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Savings via salary deduction allows me to put away funds for emergencies and when I need it he extra it is easily accessible

With my savings deduction being taken directly from my salary I never really miss it. I sadly lost my partner unexpectedly last year and having an extra amount of money safely tucked away has made it possible for me to be able to sort my finances until I could get my life re-organised now that I am having to manage on a single income. Friendly, personal, caring

With the high street banks, long gone are the days of "knowing" your bank manager and being treated as an individual, a person. But when I engage with staff at my Credit Union they treat me with care and respect. Their approachable and friendly attitude towards customers is very much appreciated. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Excellent way to budget in this economic climate

I've used the credit union for some years, and always found them to be excellent. They reply and action requests in a timely manner and are friendly with it. I particularly like the Christmas savings club which means I can save money for Christmas and it's not accessible until later in the year. I utilise the goals savings a lot, which is handy if saving for something specific, and its a feature which some banks charge for.
