I wanted an ISA so I chose Clockwise for the best rates

I wanted to move some of my money into an ISA so I chose Credit Union because they gave the best rates, and I also believe in their ethos of helping people out. I haven't needed a loan as yet but might in the next year or so, then I will be asking for their help as I believe they also give good rates. By saving with Clockwise Credit Union I am helping to do my bit helping other who are struggling. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

The most user friendly bank I've come across.

I have only ever been met with friendly, effective service when consulting face to face or by phone. Online facilities are superb - second to none! Instructions are clear and to the point. I been saving with clockwise since it merged with the Coventry credit union. It is easy to access funds, same day transaction. I do it all online. The nearest branch is in Rugby, not to far to travel if you want to see domeone face to face, you can always make a telephone call if you want to speak to a person. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025
