Only time I experienced a problem accessing my account I telephoned for advice and staff were very helpful and friendly. Talked me through what I needed to do and didn’t make me feel an idiot! Reviewed on: 20th March 2024

My experience has been amazing so far! I have managed to save some money during the year by using the saving account. I know that if I transfer money to my savings it is safe with Notts and Lincs Credit Union. I have access to my savings when needed. The staff members are very helpful with any enquiries.
