For me having the option to have savings taken directly from my wage has been a god send because you almost forget about them. So it makes saving for occasions like Christmas, holidays etc. much easier and it gives me peace of mind knowing that the money is there when I need it and it eases the financial pressure. Loyal as they come and customers are just as loyal in return. Staff are very professional, memorable and trustworthy. It's much better than a bank because I've formed a great working together relationship with staff who ive come into contact with, be it in person, via email or on the phone.
