Still saving

Started when I was working, didn't miss and savings made all the difference. Still saving now I'm retired not a lot but it does help. . Reviewed on: 30th May 2023

Perfect and continually improving service

I joined credit union over twenty years ago at the start it was going down to a shop to pay into your savings or to get a loan you were always met with a smile but it soon went digital which for me was brilliant it took the worry out of having to remember as I set a standing order that I can change myself but I can also now access my account online I have only used the savings side as am on benefits now but when I first started I did get a loan which was easy to pay back I call this the poor man's bank for what it offers thank you Reviewed on: 30th May 2023

There when you need it.

I feel disconnected

Post Covid I no longer feel a valued member. Withdrawing my own money from branch isn’t allowed. I felt forced to use their partner/ Engage which charges me every time I withdraw my own money from an ATM,monthly fees,etc basically now I have to pay to access my own money/access my account. I feel this goes against the ethos of the credit union. Reviewed on: 30th May 2023
