100% recommend

I never regret joining the credit union. My aunty told me to get an account and I've never looked back. The service is excellent. Always extremely helpful over the phone. The online service is excellent. Clear, concise easy to read information. I use the online account mostly and I never have problems signing in or managing my money. The service has so many benefits and is focused on its community. I know I will utilise the affordable money services in the future. I always recommend others to use the credit union to support the services future. The TV show on BBC was really informative and demonstrative of the service that is offered to the community. WOW

I opened it all on line no problems never had a loan but easy to put money in and withdraw I’d recommend anyone who wants to save to use the credit union plus loans are very reasonable Reviewed on: 30th May 2023

Great organisation

Have been with the Credit.Union for a number of years and have been of great help to me. As a single parent for many years, it allowed me to take out affordable loans without security, that banks ask for, enabling me to purchase necessities for my two children. Now I have remarried, I have no longer needed to take out any loans but I still save with them. Reviewed on: 30th May 2023
